Order Processing and Shipping:

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, unless you ordered a CUSTOM item. Timeframe will be given upon ordering. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping option you select at checkout. If you need expedited shipping, please upgrade your shipping method and TELL US BEFORE ORDERING!

Once the item is shipped, it's out of our control. Say a prayer to Jesus and hope it doesn't get delayed. Postal workers are tired and stressed, we want to help make their day go by easier especially during holiday season: BE KIND.

Incorrect Addresses:

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can resend it. However, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
